The following privacy policy provided by Lethal Cosmetics GmbH & Co. KG, Koepenicker Str. 325, Haus 12, 12555 Berlin, Germany (“Lethal Cosmetics“ or “we” in the following) applies for the services and websites of Lethal Cosmetics which can be accessed via www.lethalcosmetics.com. It does not apply to third-party websites, even if we explicitly or implicitly link to them.

Personal data

Personal data is information that can be used to identify you as a person both directly and indirectly. This includes e.g. your first- and lastname, your postal- or email address but also your ID, credit card or customer number. Data which cannot or only with disproportionate effort be used to identify you as a person is not considered personal data. You can visit our website without sharing personal data. In this case, we only collect and store general access information as well as technical data, e.g. about your Browser and anonymized geographic information. This data allows us to continuously improve our offering. We only collect personal data during the order process, when you open a customer account and when you sign up for our mailing list. We use this data only with your consent and for the agreed upon purposes, i.e. only to send you products which you have previously ordered or to keep you up-to-date via our newsletter.

What personal data is being processed or stored?

To be able to process your order, we collect and store your billing- and shipping address as well as your email address. If you do not have a customer account, we will store your data only for the purpose of processing your order and will delete it from our systems within the periods mandated by law. If you do have a customer account, we will save your billing- and shipping address as well as your email address until you either delete your customer account or instruct us to delete your personal data. We do not store your payment information. If you choose to join our mailing list, we will store your email address indefinitely or until you unsubscribe.

Newsletter

If you join our mailing list, you agree that we may use your email address for promotional purposes. You can withdraw this agreement at any time. Our newsletters are sent via a partner company who for this purpose will be given your email address.

Disclosure of personal data

Your personal data is only disclosed to third parties where it is required to fulfil your order. Particularly, we disclose personal data to our shipping partners. Equally we are working with payment service providers who also require some personal data to be transmitted to them in addition to your payment information. Moreover, if you join our mailing list, your email address is transmitted to our newsletter delivery partner.

Data security

Your personal data is only transmitted to us via a secure encrypted connection. We use the 2048 bits SSL standard for this purpose. Whether your connect is secure and encrypted is denoted by the padlock symbol in the address bar of your browser or the prefix “https” in front of the web address www.lethalcosmetics.com. Our website and the IT systems that support it are protected from unauthorized access using technical and physical measures. We host our servers exclusively in Germany.
