Regarding shipments to the USA:

Due to the currently ever-changing situation with shipments to the USA, there have unfortunately been some delays in customs clearance. Please rest assured that we're working as hard as we can with FedEx and the USPS to make sure your order reaches you in a timely manner.

Our customer service operates Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (German time). Please expect a reply in 1-2 business days. During busy launches and sales, please allow for a few extra days.
