Are your products tested on animals?
No way! We love animals and would never let any harm come to them. In fact, neither our products nor any of their ingredients have been tested on animals and we are PETA vegan and cruelty-free approved because of it. Instead, we test our products on people and they usually end up looking fabulous.

No. Not even a little bit.
Are your products palm oil free?
Yes they are!
What are your products made of?
Our products are made from the finest vegan and cruelty-free botanical (plant-based), mineral and safe synthetic ingredients. You can find detailed ingredient lists on all product pages.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Our liquid lipsticks will last 12 months after they have been opened, our eyeshadows 24 months. Just make sure to close or cover them after each use and keep them in a cold and dark place.
Magnets, how do they work?
Is the answer aliens? Because we’re pretty sure the answer is aliens.
Are your products fragranced?
Indeed they are, but very subtly so. Also, we use allergen-free fragrances, you know, just in case.
When will I receive my order?
Our shipping page has all the details, but we typically get your order ready for shipping within two business days and depending on where you live, shipping can take anywhere between 1 and 6 days.
What are your shipping rates?
Shipping to Germany is 4.25 Euros for orders below 45 Euros and free for orders above 45 Euros. Shipping to Austria is 6.55 Euros for orders below 65 Euros and free for orders above 65 Euros. Please also see our shipping page for more information.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping to Germany for orders above 45 Euros and to Austria for orders above 65 Euros.
Can I track my order?
You bet! You will receive a tracking code with your shipping confirmation along with a convenient link to the carrier’s tracking page.
Do you ship to my country?
If your country is Germany or Austria, then the answer is yes. Otherwise the answer is “we’re so sorry, but not yet”.

What payment options do you offer?
You can pay via SEPA direct debit, credit card and PayPal. As far as credit cards are concerned, we accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
Why are some items limited to two per customer?
We really appreciate that you want to stock up on our stuff, but because available quantities may be limited, we want to make sure that as many customers as possible get to enjoy our products.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
We want to make sure you get your order as quickly as possible, so the window of time where such changes would be possible is relatively slim. However, if something is wrong with your order you should always drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try our very best to help you out.
Is it secure to buy from this website?
For sure. We are using industry-standard encryption technology (256 bit SSL) and have opted not to store your payment information on our systems.
What if my item arrived damaged, defective or if I received the wrong product?

What is your return policy?
We really want you to enjoy our products, but if for any reason you can’t, we offer you to return your unused items within 14 days of receiving them and we will refund your money. Please refer to our return policy page for more details and reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
What happens with the returned items?
Unless they are beyond any doubt unopened and unused, we destroy them in as humane a way as possible. We for sure do not ship them back to our customers.
